I/We agree to the Vendor Guidelines.
1. Set-up time - Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 6:00AM-8:00AM. Curbside unloading at the park is permitted. All vendors MUST be set up and vendor vehicles removed by 8:00AM. Vendor parking is located at the corner of Rock Island Ave and 5th Street. Booths must remain set up until 4:00PM.
2. Show/sale time - Saturday, August 3, 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM.
3. Booth spaces are 6x6 or 12x12. Must give accurate trailer/truck dimensions.
4. Merchandise and/or food trailer/truck must be contained within the confines of the booth space(s). Additional payment is required if additional space is needed.
5. Vendors must provide an accurate list of merchan dise to be sold. IF it is not on the form (unlisted), vendor will be asked to remove unlisted merchandise from site.
6. Spaces are only guaranteed when payment is received.
7. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather or for cancellations after Friday, July 26, 2024. Any fees associated with the registration will not be refunded.
8. Electricity is available on a limited first-come, first-served basis for an additional $!0 fee. Vendors must supply their own heavy-duty, outdoor extension cords. Use of generators must be noted on the registration form.
9. Vendors must provide their own equipment including tables and chairs. Vendors renting a 6ft table space will be furnished with a table.
10. No motorized exhibits on the grass.
11. Sponsors reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave the property and/or ask for items to be removed or decline vendor future booth space for any reason.
12. Food vendors must practice safe food handling practices. A current Food Handlers or Food Management certificate must be emailed to Debbie or uploaded on this form.
13. Your reservation is not complete until payment is received in our office. After your registration is received, we will send an invoice, along with payment information. Payment must be made by cash, check, money order or Venmo.
